Richard Griffin embarked on his insurance career on February 11, 1974, with a commitment to the principle that "service is our best policy." From the very beginning, this philosophy has guided every aspect of his work, and his dedication to serving his clients has never wavered. Richard considers each of his clients a friend, and he has always prayed that the products he provides will truly serve them well.

Throughout his career, Richard's approach to Medicare has been more than just a business; it has been a ministry.  

He finds deep satisfaction in knowing that he has been able to help his clients navigate their healthcare options and secure peace of mind. A recent example of his unwavering support occurred when a close friend, hospitalized with a Medicare Advantage plan and hospital indemnity insurance Richard had sold him, faced concerns over potentially high out-of-pocket expenses. Richard was able to reassure his friend's wife by reminding her of their coverage, ultimately resulting in no out-of-pocket costs—a moment that exemplifies the care and attention he has brought to his work.

As Richard steps into retirement, he looks forward to spending more time with his wife, Becky, to whom he has been happily married for over 54 years.  

While he will no longer plans to be in the day-to-day business of insurance, his legacy of service and friendship will continue to benefit those he has served throughout his long and fulfilling career.
