Four years ago, Lucille joined the insurance field, inspired by Paul's satisfaction in helping people and motivated by her own experiences navigating the healthcare system after retiring from the dental industry.
Lucille excelled in guiding clients through the intricate Medicare enrollment process and providing ongoing support. A standout moment in her career was assisting a member who suffered a heart attack in Florida, ensuring she received in-network care and could recuperate there. Lucille has made a profound difference in her clients' lives, particularly for Senior Care Options Members, by helping them make informed healthcare decisions.
As they enter retirement, Paul and Lucille look forward to a slower-paced lifestyle in the sunny Algarve, Portugal. Paul plans to enjoy skiing and tennis, while Lucille anticipates welcoming their seventh grandchild and embracing the joys of family life.
Both have deeply enjoyed assisting and getting to know their members, and they leave a legacy of care and dedication in the insurance industry.
