Her entry into the field was motivated by her own personal experiences, which gave her insight into how she could help people make good decisions about their health and healthcare coverage.

Throughout her career, Marilyn has found the most rewarding aspect of her work to be the genuine appreciation from her clients. When clients express their gratitude with words like "thank you, you've helped us so much" or "what would we have done without you," it reinforces her commitment to doing right by each person she serves.

Over the decades, Marilyn has built relationships with her clients that extend far beyond typical business transactions. Though most of her interactions have been conducted over the phone, these connections have developed into something more like friendships. Many of her clients have been with her since before they turned 65, and she has remained protective of her client relationships throughout her career.

Marilyn's work has made a positive impact by ensuring her clients feel heard and understood. She has consistently taken the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly, helping clients navigate the complexities of healthcare coverage with confidence and clarity.

As Marilyn transitions into retirement, she looks forward to staying healthy and becoming more active in her new retirement community. She plans to engage in opportunities that will keep her mentally, physically, and spiritually active and alert.
