Betty Goodwin began her career in the insurance industry in March 1985. After a physical injury led her to change her occupation, she initially approached the idea of selling insurance with hesitation. However, a wise mentor challenged her perspective. This pivotal moment set Betty on a path that would become her passion: helping seniors stay financially secure and healthy.

As a single mom working two jobs, Betty faced the challenge of transitioning to a commission-based career with determination and faith. Over time, she developed a deep commitment to her clients, ensuring that they were well-protected and able to afford the best possible care for any health issues that might arise. For Betty, each sale was not just a transaction but an opportunity to build faith and trust with the people she served.

Throughout her career, Betty has been a trusted advisor and protector for countless individuals, with many clients expressing their gratitude for her guidance and support. She finds immense reward in knowing that she has made a positive difference in their lives, helping them navigate the complexities of insurance with confidence.

As Betty transitions into retirement, she plans to become a part-time "snowbird," spending part of her time in Arizona and part in Illinois to care for her 89-year-old mother and disabled sister. While she is stepping back from her full-time role, Betty is not stepping away from her passion entirely. She intends to continue helping others through group meetings, focusing on life insurance, home health insurance, and annuities.

Betty looks forward to this new chapter, confident that her legacy of empowering and educating her clients will continue to benefit them for years to come.
